Use Instructions | Start by rinsing the wings and patting them dry with paper towels. Season the wings with your desired seasoning. Cook the wings until they are golden brown and cooked through to 165°F. If Grilling: Baste your wings with wing sauce in the last 15 minutes of the grilling process. If Frying/Baking: Once the wings are cooked and crispy, toss them in wing sauce.
